POSITION-Administration Assistant 行政助理

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for office administration and daily operations.

2. Handle all Hotel/Airline reservations for incoming travelers

3. Coordinate with logistic department and several suppliers in China. Coordinate with part delivery and ensure the timely arrival

4. Provide support to all staffs in office.


Requirements

1. At least 1 year of relevant working experience

2. MUST be able to start work immediately

3. Diploma or Degree in Business or Trade or Logistics

5. Candidates with experience working in a foreign company a plus

6. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities

- Build up distribution channel network in assigned territory.

- Promotion plan and channel program implementation.

- Channel management, e.g. target setting and performance evaluation to/with channel partners.

- Maintain relationship with the key accounts/partners.

- Provide sales forecast on monthly basis by product line in order to satisfy customers’ requirement, through prospection, information to parties influencing the customer and ongoing contacts with customers, perform all sales activities in order to reach the set objectives in terms of turnover, volume, market share and contribution at a justified sales cost.

- To follow up and analyze market evolution, market share and evolution of customer priorities and competition activities and report all relevant information in order to contribute in a pro-active market strategy.

- To contribute to the introduction and promotion of new and existing products through direct mailing, presence at fairs... in order to increase turnover and market share.

- To follow up credit situation of his/her customers and stimulate all necessary actions in order to ensure that invoices are paid on a timely basis.

- To coordinate and follow up technical support and after sales services related to his/her customers and initiate corrective actions if needed, in order to reach maximum customer satisfaction at minimum cost. Provide training to channel partners and end users when necessary.

- Reporting on current and future market prospects and competitor activities through the updating and maintenance of the Marketing databases. Market information collection and reporting.

- Order taking and follow up thru all the processes.

- Weekly report on business status.

Qualification

- A proven track record and experience in sales of construction machinery. At least five years of successful experience in selling Construction Equipment similar to AUSA machines within Market in China .

- Experience in dealing with distributing channel partners.

- Experience in dealing with direct sales customer & project sales will be a plus.

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Be able to travel intensively, Self-starter, dynamic, reliable.

- Good negotiation skills, analytical and synthetical skills.

- Good knowledge of the English language.

- Skilled computer user, email communication skill is a must.

- Degree in Construction Machinery or Mechanical Engineering on related discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Develop the technical skills of our business partners by training, support related to projects and daily technical support;

l Quality control of processes: measure dimensional figures, assure 100% of parts as OK, follow the parameters of the machines to assure a process that gives good parts (cp, cpk), and fulfill documentation to have records and traceability of parts;

l Quality control before shipping to assure 100% the parts to be expedite. Must be an extremely responsible person to assure 100% that all parts we receive are OK.

l Communicate and cooperate with supplier in work site;

l Provide support for new production introduction, for example, samples production schedule and follow up, regular visit.

l Collect information about quality issues and feedback from the supplier

QUALIFICATION:

l Bachelor or above, Major in Mechanical engineering, Foundry, Welding or correlative subjects

l At least 2 years working experience in general machinery factory such as casting, machining and welding;

l Good trouble shooting skills with mechanical engineering design experience

l Be familiar to quality control process such Cp, Cpk, FMEA, etc.

l Good Command of English in reading , writing and speaking

l Good coordination and communication skills

l Computer literate

l Frequent business travel is required

l Team player who can also work independently
